The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Bit fluffy, dark cream head over copper-brown to black beer. Sweet, wood, vanilla, chocolate, chocolate malt, coffeemilk. Drier flavour, ashes, hops, mild sweetness. Again lots of chocolate, black velvet. Every sip starts with dry ashes, then the taste sweetens, just stopping short of Doppelbock, if a pretty dry one. Feels light for its ABV, if very slick to chewy. Good carbonation. Surprising - has to be tried. Txs to Thom (and Eric)!

Small, if persistent just off-white head, dense, over finely carbonated veiled copper-amber beer. Stroopwafels with kaneel, sorry, cinnamon. Vanilla. This smells as it is named. Though the taste is less outspoken, still quite a lot of cinnamon retronasal. A bit of oxydized metal, in an acceptable way. And of course, stroopwafels (*). Quite well-bodied, very slick to oily, viscous. Bit of alcoholwarmth; chewy. For such a sweet uppercut, quite palatable, I must say. (*) Our northern neighbours are so proud of their stroopwafels. If you really want to know what that can be, try lackmans in Belgium... Txs to Stef!

Small cream-coloured head, soon reduced to rim over fully hazy brown beer. Melanoidins, brown bread with a sprinkle of brown sugar, dark malts. Dark malts reign with lots of restsugars. Bit of wood, bit of chocolate, and a drier finish. Medium bodied at least. Very carbonated, slick, going towards chewy. Uber-classic sweet dubbel, with, again a hint of homebrew.

Towering off-white head over a little bit of hazy yellow beer; textbook lacerings. Malty nose, other grains, toasted grains, cloth. More other grains, dry cookies and alternative wafers. Rather well-bodied, overcarbonated, slick. OK, I suppose B stands fo Bobette, but if IPA means what it usually means, then will you tell me where are the hops? Txs to Stef!

Small white head over fully hazy pale yellow beer; end of bottle solid deposit. Citruspeel, other vegetable- & fruitpeel, lupulin, hopoils, even some resin. Citrus, citruspeel, bit pharmaceutical. Rootspices, white tubers. Finishes with a whiff of salicylic acid. Well-carbonated, hopoilslick, medium bodied. Middle-of-the-road IPA, nothing wrong.

Small if persistent white head over veiled, finely carbonated yellow beer with a very faint green sheen. Shards of lace. Passion fruit, other exotic fruit, lime and... wheat? Faint blossoms, buttermilk. More exotic fruit in the taste, mango coming forward. Lactic acid, lemon-cheesecake. Feels well-carbonated, light body, slickness. Aftertaste has a bit of cardboard. Nice one from the Braveraa, tich! Txs to Stef!

Medium, stable white head over veiled, very carbonated golden beer. Creamy, bit diary notes and yeast. Fat grains, dry leaves. Again dry grains & malts, pretty sweet and little bit toasted. Light breadcrust. Well-carbonated, quite slick, medium bodied. Aftertaste is dry, almost giving dry-out aspects. Better than some of the Pinzgauer beers, but still far from stellar. Txs to Stef!
