33cl can, with a canned date looking to be 6-18-2012, quite unlikely this was 2013 ... 7 days from Hawaii to retail in Belgium being near impossible. In any event, not sure why these cans only arrive so late in Europe, maybe they were selling bad in the US? especially at 2€25 a can.

Can from Bhensonb. Nose is spicy, caramel, and a bit of cherries. Murky copper orange with a huge beige head. Flavor is lightly sweet with a bit of caramel covered cherries and just a tiny hint of tartness way in the background.

Can, gift from Bierkoning (shop), at Amsterdam. Opaque hazy red brownish color, small off - white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly sour, some fruits. Nice flavor while in your mouth but once you’ve swallowed it it’s gone. Just a dry finish left. Low to medium body and carbonation.

A hazed reddish amber ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, a super fruity mix of passion fruits, black pepper, catty hops, and light tobacco leaves. In mouth, passion fruit and green pepper, with some light harshness, some plaster powder, Ok.

Keg at Craft Clerkenwell. It pours cloud deep red with a medium beige head. The nose is dark fruit, tangy cherry, jammy, cake, wood and a hint of coconut even. The taste is tangy, sour cherry, sweet berry, lemon, earth, red grape and vinous notes. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice flavour and high drinkable. A bit unusual, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Muddy, hazy orange tinted deep amber body with a two centimetre tall tan head with chunks floating by - nice. Aroma of cherries, fresh hops, passionfruit, grass and a bit of guava. Light-bodied; Nice fresh fruit flavour with passionfruit and a touch of cherries noticeable, some very light malt and almost nothing else after the initial tastes. Aftertaste is very very subdued with only some light fruit flavours coming out at all - no malt, no alcohol and surely no complexity. Overall, a decent beer, but so much could have been done with this one. Not really worth sampling, and i’m still waiting for my JP 75 cL bottle to sample since I expect more, but this one wasn’t so great. I sampled this twelve ounce can (hawaii canned//3 ridges) purchased from Total Wine in Tustin, California on 04-August-2012 for US$3.49 sampled at home in Washington on 16-March-2013.

Keg at Craft, Clerkenwell. Very hazy amber beer, no real head. Light crisp palate. Minerals. A little caramel malt, sweet. Acetic pear and apple. A little citrus. Light crisp finish. A little odd but okay.
