Born in Périgord, BAM illustrates another facet of this region rich in flavors. Denis & Ophélia offer you beers here, inspired by our journey, this land and encounters.

Tired of French stereotypes that limit beer to “half-pressure” or hair colors, we turned to Quebec to train ourselves and participate in our own way in the brewing revival in France.
