Description
Note that the Thornbridge Hall series (largely one off and specials circa 2010-15) deliberately carry the Thornbridge name in their title.

Innovation Passion and Knowledge in all we do - and to have some fun along the way. The Thornbridge story began back in 2005 when the founders Jim Harrison and Simon Webster recruited two young brewers to brew on a second hand 10-barrel kit in the grounds of Thornbridge Hall. Soon demand outstripped supply and the need for a new Brewery became clear. In 2009 a brand new state of the art brewery was built at Riverside, Bakewell to meet with demand and allow Thornbridge to develop their range of beers.

Brewing still takes place today on the original kit at Thornbridge Hall, which allows us to experiment with new brews, create bespoke Hall brews, collaborations and assist the main brewery in Bakewell.

Smak lekko słodki i kwaskowy z fajną, średnio wysoką goryczką. Ostatecznie na finiszu jest tylko goryczka.
Nagazowanie średnie. Ciało średnie w dół. Tekstura gładka, miękka. Posmak średnio długi goryczkowy.

English:
Private import bottle through Phil Boutin
A cereal‑forward aromatic profile with subtle biscuit notes, but above all a clear hop presence with floral and herbal nuances.
Golden‑amber and bright, the liquid is topped with a medium‑thick, moderately persistent foam.
The flavor opens on cereal notes, with accents of complex grains, a touch of toasted bread, and floral and herbal hops leading to a finish where the bitterness is noticeable yet never aggressive.
A very subtle caramelized touch rounds out the palette.
The esters are low but still present.
A beer of great class, full of subtlety.
Quite appreciated!

From Heinrich 3000, trying this one at Epalinges. Interesting imperial stout, pleasant union between a raspberry juice and roasted malt, 27.12.18.

Cask at Hops, Crewe – though I have drunk it before. Pours golden yellow with a slight greenish tinge, a small scummy almost white head and good lacing. There’s floral hops and tropical fruit in the aroma. In the mouth there’s a slight sweetness covering a bitter base than gets stronger. Flavours of citrus, mango and grapefruit and hints of biscuits. Later there are traces of peach, passion fruit, white grapes and grass. Bitterness lasts into the finish. Not the sort of beer I normally go for, but this is decent.

Can from Morrisons.

Nose is mango, tangerine, peach. Taste is tangerine, hint of marmalade, leading to lots and lots of mango, corn, slightly buttery finish.

It's not great
