[ As Bazyliszek W Malinowym Chrusniaku ].Clear medium red color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, berry - fruity, raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, rapsberry, sweet malt, fruity malt, fruity, raspberry juice. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160205]

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, butterscotch, light to moderate hoppy, fruity, hop oil. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, hop oil, butterscotch, pale malt, fruity malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Lane w MultiQlti. Jasnoczerwony kolor, lekko zmętnione, piany prawie brak - z wyglądu kompot. Zapach nikły, jakby cytryna. W ustach kwasek, czarne porzeczki wyczuwalne śladowo, na finiszu fajna delikatna grejpfrutowa goryczka. Lekko kwaśne, nie słodkie, nie gorzkie. W ustach lekko musuje. Niby nie ma wad, ale nie zachwyca.

Draught at Piw Paw, Feb 29, 2016. As a sample.Session Cascadian Dark Ale at 4% ABV, 30 IBU.Cloudy dark brown color, tan to light brown head, some lacing. Malty, gypsum, leafy, floral stems, pith taste. Bitter, dry aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, very high bitterness (30 IBU???). Floral, gypsum scent, a bit fruity. Quite unbalanced.
