250ml bottle, cuvee #2, wrapped in paper, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Naked black surface, almost black in the glass, poor lacing. Decent smell of dark malts, dark bread, and dark berries. Rich taste profile of red currants, black berries, wood, and chocolate in fine harmony. Malt-berry, lingering end. Fine depth. More vinous than rum-like. Smooth on the swallow. Enjoying, but cuvee #1 had a bit more to offer. (Tromsø 29.04.2018).

On tap at Amundsen, Oslo. Pours hazy golden with white head. Aroma of herbs, flowers, light bread, some sulfur. Tastes slightly sweet with more than balancing bitterness. Thin bodied, slightly bitter finish. Nice.

250ml bottle wrapped in paper bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Dark bubbles on the surface of a near-black coloured body. Minimal lacing. Delicate aromas of dark chocolate, liquorice, and berries with moderate alcohol notes. Well blended taste character of chocolate, oak vanilla, and liquorice nicely softened by restrained brett and mid-tart berries. Long-lived and warming ending. Full bodied. Sits just right. Looking forward to cuvee #2. (Tromsø 28.04.2018).
