16 oz can purchased as a single at Beer Crazy in Urbandale, Iowa. The pour is a mostly clear golden orange with a 1 inch head that falls fast. The aroma is chemical grain malt along with some sort of weird floral. The taste is a not real fresh cracker malt along with the weird floral dry pepper spice of the nose. The palate is medium to light bodied with harsh carbonation and a dirty finish.

Can from 6 pack I brought back from the Quad Cities. Poured a lightly tinted, clear golden color with a small, fizzy off-white head. Aroma was mostly just light toasted malts, but as it warmed up from the fridge, there was an ever increasing note of chocolate (like cocoa powder) that I began to notice. Flavor was very light initially, but finish is a blast of light milk chocolate notes - a bit like melted Cadbury or something similar. Pretty easy to drink - not as crazy chocolate as I was expecting, but it was pretty enjoyable. I don’t know, I liked it at least.

1 pint can. Pours clear and golden orange to brown with a small off white head. Aroma is phenolic and toasted malty. Ends dry and bitter. Sweet and toasted malty. Bitter and light caramelish. Ends dry and slight bitter finish.

Can @ America Strikes Back, Ulfborg. Pours clear amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit. Sourish and sweetish flavour of malt and fruit, with bitter, hoppy notes and estery touches. Mild, sourish aftertaste. Rather thin body. Drinkable, though.

Pours clear amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, bread and floral. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color (\"dirty blonde\" I guess, sure why not?) and leaves the same colored body. It has a one finger foamy white head that dies and leaves some nice lookin’ clingy lacing to the glass.
The smell has a toasty yet slightly roasty chocolate-ness that comes through slightly malty in the background
The taste is sweet all the way through, and then gets a bit stronger in the chocolate the more it goes down. It has a strong sweet chocolate aftertaste and a dry finish.
On the palate, it has a light to medium body and becomes somewhat sessionable with a slightly creamy edge to it. Carbonation is spot on for the style and for me.
Overall, this would be my first American Blonde Ale with chocolate in it. I once had DFH’s Theobrama and thought this would be similar and in a way, I guess I could kinda say it is without the spicy ancho chile flavoring. I would probably have this again.

Pour is a hazy copper with a average white head. Aroma is a nice clean citrus fruit. Flavor is decently hopped with some chalky malts in the back round. Finish is a little bitter with a little plastic taste in the backround. Meh, kinda a no frills average all around pale ale.

Pour is a clear red with a average white head. Aroma is not much else than some sweet malt. Flavor is a little better but not great. Decent malt but no hops or earthiness like you usually get in this style. Finish is bland and watery. Nothing special here.
