Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is quite fruity. Med body. Flavor of unusual/uncommon fruits, citrus, very mild earth. Itβs well towards dry and extremely tasty. Possibly a tad sour in the finish - but that might be from fruit.

On draft at Tap 25. It pours a clear golden color with a small off white head. The aroma has some orange, floral and herbal hops. Light pepper and a hint of menthol. The flavor is dry and lightly toasted with some herbals, hint of menthol and orange in the finish. Tiny bit spicy. Light bodied. Decent.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours very hazy gold; white head; not seeing much rosΓ©, so I guess itβs rose. Aroma of mild sour and some mild floral. Med body or so. Flavor is moderate sour, a bit of brett/paper, and some floral. Not a lot of anything. It is tasty, but not a really new sort of thing.

Capped 500 from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours very hazy gold with a transient white head. Aroma is sourish orange/peach. Brett notes. Wood notes. Med + body. Carbonation is significant. Flavor is Brett, peach, astringent oak, maybe some other funk besides Brett. Gets a bit citrus. It is extremely smooth, mellow, tasty, and even hints of sweat sox/horse blanket. Which seems to be in addition to the brett. The oak becomes very clear in the finish. The fruit changes over time, but still seems peach, with citrus coming on more strongly. Nice ale.
