Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet caramel, sugary, dusty malt, celery. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, cake, caramel, sweet malt, sugary. IMO quit stange !! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130427]

Bouteille 660ml. De couleur ambrée et claire. Nez de grains de céréales sucrés, d’épices (clou de girofle, notes de cannelle), léger de levures fruitées (agrumes) et de sucre candi avec des notes de houblon herbeux. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen-élevé ainsi qu’une texture moyennement huileuse. Goût épicé (clou de girofle, notes de cannelle, traces de poivre) avec un léger goût de levures fruitées (agrumes, traces de marmelade) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût de grains de céréales sucrés, moyen de sucre candi avec des traces de pain puis en finale l’on retrouve une très légère amertume de houblon herbeux avec des traces d’alcool sucré. Post-goût moyen-long, composé d’un goût moyennement épicé, léger de levures fruitées (agrumes et notes de zeste) avec un léger résiduel de malt sucré ainsi qu’avec des notes de houblon herbeux.
