50cl bottle. Pours hazy orange golden colour with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mild tropical fruits, citrus, grass, zest. Taste of citrus, lemon, zest, intense bitter, grassy bitter finish, nice!

Barwa czarna, nieprzenikniona, ciemnobeżowa, niewielka piana, nieco koronkująca. W aromacie mocno palona, czarna kawa, do tego nuty chmielowe, ziołowe. W smaku wytrawne, bardzo mocno palone (jak to na Smolarza przystało), spora kwaskowość, pod koniec zaczyna nieco męczyć, czarna kawa. Goryczka średniowysoka, treść średnia, niskie wysycenie. Jest w nim wszystko to, czego można było się spodziewać, patrząc na nazwę i styl, chociaż można by było nieco poprawić balans i treść. Warte spróbowania, jedno z lepszych piw od Profesji.

500ml bottle. Slightly milky, yellow-ish golden colour with average, foamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mildly smoky, tart-ish aroma, "greasy" notes of bacon and Mettwurst, hints sauerkraut, laurel, brine, a fruity touch of quince, ephemeral overtones of lemon and lactic acid. Taste is tart, mildly smoky, slightly salty, notes of bacon and mettwurst, sauerkraut, a touch of vinegar, a fruity touch of apple and pear, beech wood ashes. The perfect "fat" illusion goes as far as delivering a seemingly greasy film coating the lips. Paradigmatic. - p.s.: at temporarily touchy moments, when the ester reality shines through, the illusion is endangered to collapse; but you can easily (and deliberately) switch back.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Citrusy and grassy-herbal-spicy hoppy aroma, notes of grapefruit, hints of passion fruit, a touch of lime, balm and mint. Taste is citrusy and bitter hoppy, grapefruit notes, a grassy touch, herbal hints of balm and mint, mild caramel malty background. Plain-vanilla APA, refreshing and "natural" - very good.

Tap (Marynka, Wroclaw). Piwo klarowne o ciemno bursztynowej barwie, bialo-szarej pianie, niezbyt trwalej i praktycznie nie zdobiacej szkla. Aromat mega przyjemny owocowy z delikatnymi estrami owocowymi, swietny jak na dubla. Podobnie w smaku, owocowe z genialnie ukrytym alkoholem. Na prawde niebezpiecznie pijalne :) Obok piwa z Probusa najlepsze piwo tej edycji Szlaku Piwnego.

bottle from Browarium Sklepy Piwne. Deep golden with a tall white head, quite creamy. Aroma of tropcial fruit, kiwi. Full-bodied, solid malty base delivering good hops with tropcial fruity accents and a resiny touch. Lingering hoppy finish with a citrusy character. Good.

bottle from Browarium Sklepy Piwne. Cool, a smoked Berliner Weiße! I love smoked, I like Berliner Weiße - so what can go wrong? Nothing - this really works. Pale yellow, with a tall white head. Grodziskie-style flavours dominate, shy dourness, very lively and pleasantly smoky.
