Description
Our beer is brewed across two sites. The first is our original brewery at the Old Flax Store, this is where we began our journey in 2014, and is home to our LDS tap room. We expanded into our second much larger brewery, Sydenham Road, in April 2017. Between both sites we can brew up to 18 beers at a time.
The Old Flax Store is a Grade II listed building located in Holbeck, the spiritual heart of the industrial revolution. In 2014 we turned this derelict mill into a brewery, tap room and events space. This building is home to our first brewery, which takes up the ground floor of the building. Our second brewing site is also located in Holbeck, half a mile away at Sydenham Road, where 8 x 100HL conical FVs enable our total capacity at this site to reach 24,000HL.

A post-Bradford Beer Festival wind down beer, I had to go via the city centre to get home and as untappd showed this beer here I couldn't resist, the first Of two in this respect. Worth the stop, fruity tropical fruit in a session enough cask texture. Aroma similarly stated.

Can shared with JFE at his place 27.02.26. Hazy mahogany amber. Fruity aroma and taste, with malt, toffee, wood, marmalade and citrus.

440ml can. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma dominated by the peach puree, nice but overpowers any Belgian yeast esters. Taste also dominated by peaches, honey like sweetness as promised, mild spicy yeast esters. Medium bodied. This was quite nice but it's almost a generic fruit beer at this point, not enough Belgian character left.

Tekstura gładka, miękka a nawet puszysta. Posmak słodki, średnio długi z delikatnie wytrawnym finiszem.

Can at home picked up from Tesco. An opaque black brown coloured pour with a lasting light tan head. Aroma is nice big toasted marshmallow, jammy wagon wheel, chocolate, cocoa powder, lactose, milk chocolate. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, toasted marshmallow, bitter dark chocolate, fudge, jammy wagon wheel, some hot alcohol. Good fun.

Tight white head on a milky golden coloured body.
Zesty citrus & stone fruit aroma.
Medium bodied, foamy & clean.
White wine, lime, mango & vegetal tastes with a finish that's a bit medicinal.
Nice enough - a bit weird though.

My Patron Saint Project Beer#10, today celebrating Saint Amand, suitably the Patron Saint Of Innkeepers through a Patrons Project brew. My innkeeper here poured a very hazed lighter golden beer with a pine heavy in aroma. This is as stated as it gets with it relenting somewhat for a more tropical fruit infused taste, which is on the blander side, but still decent.

My Patron Saint Project Beer#11, today celebrating Saint Zeta, the Patron Saint Of Janitors through a Patrons Project brew. On the lighter side of brown in colour, but a bit more towards style in taste, albeit a sweet effort. It's good though with flavoursome hops clearly doing their job here providing light fruity notes.
