Northern Monk Brew Co. owns 1 brewery:
Description
Our beer is brewed across two sites. The first is our original brewery at the Old Flax Store, this is where we began our journey in 2014, and is home to our LDS tap room. We expanded into our second much larger brewery, Sydenham Road, in April 2017. Between both sites we can brew up to 18 beers at a time.

The Old Flax Store is a Grade II listed building located in Holbeck, the spiritual heart of the industrial revolution. In 2014 we turned this derelict mill into a brewery, tap room and events space. This building is home to our first brewery, which takes up the ground floor of the building. Our second brewing site is also located in Holbeck, half a mile away at Sydenham Road, where 8 x 100HL conical FVs enable our total capacity at this site to reach 24,000HL.

Can shared at Anti-Carnavalstasting 2026. Opaque black color, small to average sized beige head. Aroma is weird, candy ish, chemical. Flavor is even worse. Awful, absolutely dreadful. Can't even finish this. Yuk.

A fair white ipa not as heavy and aromatic as the Americans versions. This one is fruity, notes of tropical fruits, dry malt, a bit juicy, bitter, citrus and aromatic, 03.11.20, at the place de l'Aligre, at Paris, tasting it at Epalinges

Teesside Beery Day Out Beer#18. Bonus changing trains in Leeds brew. Not quite fully black in colour, but full of chocolate in around and taste, which is a little affected by its strength, but certainly not in aftertaste where the chocolate lingers long.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear dark brown beer, decent bubbly pale tan head. Light minerally crisp palate, mildly dry. Thin malts but, delivering some earthyness, a little chocolate and a little unsweet toffee - caramel. Crisp cooling pine into mildly tangy ripe hop fruits. Ripe citrus, and a little derivative prune and date. Very mild hop spice on the light crisp finish. Tidy. Could so with more backbone in every department but, crisp and quaffable.
