Description
Our beer is brewed across two sites. The first is our original brewery at the Old Flax Store, this is where we began our journey in 2014, and is home to our LDS tap room. We expanded into our second much larger brewery, Sydenham Road, in April 2017. Between both sites we can brew up to 18 beers at a time.
The Old Flax Store is a Grade II listed building located in Holbeck, the spiritual heart of the industrial revolution. In 2014 we turned this derelict mill into a brewery, tap room and events space. This building is home to our first brewery, which takes up the ground floor of the building. Our second brewing site is also located in Holbeck, half a mile away at Sydenham Road, where 8 x 100HL conical FVs enable our total capacity at this site to reach 24,000HL.

Cask at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell on 26th September 2014. Golden amber with thin loose off-white foam. Hoppy aroma with yeastiness. Fruity in-mouth - softy citric - tangerine and grapefruit - with a fine complement of grass and savouriness. Ripe and malty in background. Finish carries same maltiness and becomes increasingly bitter with time. Zingy mouthfeel and a fair amount of body.

Cask at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell on 26th September 2014. Naturally cloudy orangey amber with thin off-white film. Yeasty slightly sulphuric aroma. Tangy fruits in-mouth with lactic flavours, pepper and allspice. Metallic note if large gulps taken. Finish is spicy, peppery and lactic. Engaging texture, full body; simething of a curateโs egg for me.

Taste comprises straw, earthy vibes, light hop presence, kiwi fruit, spice, lemon peel. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close.
