Description
Our beer is brewed across two sites. The first is our original brewery at the Old Flax Store, this is where we began our journey in 2014, and is home to our LDS tap room. We expanded into our second much larger brewery, Sydenham Road, in April 2017. Between both sites we can brew up to 18 beers at a time.

The Old Flax Store is a Grade II listed building located in Holbeck, the spiritual heart of the industrial revolution. In 2014 we turned this derelict mill into a brewery, tap room and events space. This building is home to our first brewery, which takes up the ground floor of the building. Our second brewing site is also located in Holbeck, half a mile away at Sydenham Road, where 8 x 100HL conical FVs enable our total capacity at this site to reach 24,000HL.

In the past 27 hours I've drank new brews in Cardiff, Birmingham, Rochdale and now this hazy pale with a very good body in York. A little sticky sweet in texture, it has subtle but flavoursome tropical notes.

My Patron Saint Project Beer#12, today celebrating Saint George, the Patron Saint Of Knights through a Patrons Project brew. A little sticky-sweet, but not feeling its strength at all, this is a sweet tropical fruit brew with hints of pine, which are tasty too and come to the fore in both aroma and aftertaste.

Can on 12th March 2026 from Co-Op via Deliveroo. Pours an opaque yellow with rapidly diminishing white foam and spot lacing. Intense aroma of tangy tropical fruits. Juicy citrus and tropical blend in-mouth and a citrus finish with sweet malt and hints of subtle spices. Full bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Denna dipa på fat testas med en extremt dyr Toppling goliath också på fat på chapter. Här har vi mango papaya och alla möjliga troliga tunga frukter . Mycket god. Ocv sänkte USA ölen rejält då den var bitter överrumplad

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque deep brown with a rough, beige head. Very intense aroma of milk chocolate. Medium body, sweet chocolate and wiener melange with a hint of sweet licorice as well. No bitterness. The aroma is out of this world, but are we really supposed to believe that this is made with all natural ingredients? 100326

330ml can. Pours almost black with a thin tan head. Aroma dominated by maple, with vanilla and chocolate, bourbon hints. Taste too is completely dominated by maple, there's also dark chocolate, vanilla, and some bourbon, warming boozy finish, and pretty sweet overall. Medium bodied.
Very nice even if the maple is a bit overbearing.
