Bottle - gift from friend in Iowa. Super fresh bright citrus, mango/pineapple, and light biscuity malt aroma. Golden yellow with a moderate white head, heavy suspended flocculation. Fresh floral citrus, sweet juicy piney mango, and light crackery malt flavor. Light body, moderate carbonation. Extremely well done.

22oz bomber courtesy of Ryan and Peter. Another phenomenal APA from Toppling Goliath. Hazy orange body, big frothy, soapy head. Tangerine, mango, papaya..big tropical tones. A healthy does of the green onion, garlic thing going on too. Just an absolute pleasure to drink on, with fascinating hop nuances. I much prefer this one to the simultaneously released Blue. World Class. Really shows off the hops. Awesome stuff.

22oz bottle. Hazy orange-tan. Foamy white head. Lemon pine bitterness. On the fuller side of medium bodied. Piny, rindy, grapefruit, lemon. Pretty good and fresh, but didn’t blow me out of the water like some of their other beers. Good stuff.

2013 Yellow Wax affair, acquired in a trade and shared at the HUUUUUGE Friday tasting at Bruces pad, 03/01/14. Pitch black with a well appointed dirty tan head. Nose is sweet, bitter chocolate, dark fruit tang, subtle bourbon, chocolate cake mix. Taste comprises rich decadent chocolate goo, bourbon twang but well integrated, rich dark malt, black forest gateau. Full bodied, smooth as, soft carbonation, expertly pitched mouthfeel. Top draw impy, a little too sweet at times but decent none the less.

22 oz. bottle. Clear amber color with spotty lace in a pilsner glass. Aroma of corn, straw and light malt sweetness. Flavor has light yeast with all the above aroma traits. Light in body but thankfully doesn’t get watery. This brew does have a nice crispness and is extremely easy to drink, it doesn’t do it for me but I’m sure lager drinkers will love this.
