Pour is a brown with some purple highlights and a small white head. Aroma is all dark fruit. Plumbs,figs and raisins. Flavor is pretty freaking nice. Lots of dark fruit, molasses and yeasty ester. Kind of semi thick with alcohol there but way in the back. This was delicious. Very good quad and don't let the cartoonish can art fool you.

47cl Blik van Beer Republic. Iets mistig ambergele kleur, witte kraag. Wiet, fruitig, hars, bloemig, zacht, licht moutig, hint van caramel, mango, druiven, zachte bittere finish. Medium body. Lekker.

Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours clear gold with a moderate frothy white head. Aroma is quite lemon with wheat notes. Approaching med body. Flavor is lemon and the wheat support is clear. Light peppery notes as the lemon subsides. Nice wheat ale.

6 50 ml bottle. Pours black with short tan head. Aromas of dark caramel, nougat and salty chocolate with peanuts and soft bourbon. Flavours of same though not much barrel. Salty and sweet. Reminds me of a Crunchie chocolate bar.

On tap at Angels Trumpet House, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out plenty of lactose and dark cocoa. Flavour is sweet, with lactose, dark cocoa, and a hint of tart caramel. Lots of lactose and cocoa on the finish. Not all that complex. It's alright.

Draft. A- Chocolate, vanilla, brownie batter. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Brownies, roasty, slightly sweet, vanilla, cocoa. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Had no idea this was a neo stout. Didn't get any of the strawberry, more brownie like. Solid beer all in all.
