Bright and clean amber color. Some petrol in the aroma, hops. Sweet, the malt flavor is ok, the hopping has a lot of sweet orange.
Not bad, slightly cloying.

Dark brown color. A lot of aniseed and dr pepper in the nose. Tons of aniseed and dr pepper in the mouth. Low carbonation. The anise is really strong in this and I like it. Probably not everyone’s cup of tea but I enjoyed it.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of sweet grains and cookie with a nice coffee bite. Flavor is more balanced with a combination of sweet grains and coffee with a bit of cookie backing.
