A hazed golden ale with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, ground cherry, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart cherries, lactic acid notes, Epsom salts, light Brett very nice and balanced. Bottle at Bières et Saveurs de Chambly 2024.

Mildy hazed, light golden-yelllow with a white bubbly cap, decent stay and lacing. Getting some skunkiness, and a tad medicinal notes in the nose. Thankfully, some hoppy citrus comes to help out. The taste is mild with a little citrus zestiness, building a tad dryness from what is left to dry out. I don't mind the Heineken scent, blended with the IPA hoppiness. Quite a decent Nano IPA for 2% ABV, that still shows enough citrus.

Slightly hazed, red colour with an amber-pink hue, a white frothy cap and some foamy lacing. Raspberry, yeasty aromas with a tad vanilla and tart. Lots of sourness in the taste with the raspberries, and yeasty-tartiness lingering on the tongue. A real nice fruity-sour ale with the raspberry-sourness that kicks well and last longer than many of this style.

Tried this one in a bottle 10 years ago, but infection seemed part of it - so did not enjoy that much. Hoping this is better now. Amber colour with a slight haze, a light-beige coloured head that is small, disappearing fairly quickly and a ring of tiny bubbles left around the glass. Smells like a good brown ale with just a touch of sweetness (mild maple sap) and some alcohol-bitterness. The taste continues with the brown ale malts, like caramel malts with a tad more maple, but still not overpowering. Not too thick of a mouthfeel, and not much dryness. Hints of grassy hops, but very mild. Well, no infection here - so much better. A pretty good, light Brown Ale with maple sap notes and not overly sweet.

Hazy, paleish, no head. There's a nice brett C aroma, and it's lean with a dry brett note. It's solid, dry, bretty, clean, with what you'd call a fresh character.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of brett, some stone fruits, and a touch of oak. Flavour is funky, with plenty of dry stone fruits, some bitter pith, some oak, and toasted grains. Finishes with stone fruits and some seltzery notes. Pleasant but shy of excellent.
