Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Cloudy gold. Thin, lasting, sticky, just off white head. Quite leggy. Quite viscous. Looks fantastic. Nose has juicy, peachy, herbal hop by the bucket. A bit minty and floral. Lots of depth, whilst staying clean and fresh. Taste is herby, zesty, pithy bitter. Lots of juicy sweetness on the lips. Palate is pretty full. Zesty and oily. This is lovely. Clean where it needs to be, and juicy on top. Finishes long, zesty, juicy bitter. Desert island beer.

Bottle at home. Pours deep orange, nose is light funk, citrus, yeasty, taste is juicy citrus, dry, light bitterness.

Cask at the Craven Arms; hazy dark amber pour with a creamy off white head, aroma has big tangerine, dank pine and sweet caramel, taste has mango, tangerine and hints of pine, sweet caramel, bitter finish.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear golden yellow pour with a frothy off white head, aroma has light clove and some pleasant tropical hop, taste has banana, clove, some bitter grapefruit and a hint of mango, decent hoppy wheat.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear straw yellow pour with a medium frothy white head, aroma has crisp citrus and some malt action, taste is super clean, with crisp citrus a hint of peach, some floral action and sweet malts, nice.

Cask at the hanging bat.. Dark black... Thin tan lacing... Soft chocolate roast malts.. Soft sweet fruits roast malts... Dark chocolate roast.. Light herbal chocolate bitter roast.. Rich malts.. Dark chocolate.. But something isn’t quite right.
