Keg @ Craven Arms, Birmingham - MTB event. Pours pale, hazy gold. Smooth sweet malts with bitter grapefruit, tropical fruit and light herbs. I think the ’cream’ element is a ’power of suggestion’ type thing, as this seems more of a hoppy pale ale to me. A good one tho.

330ml bottle. Pours hazy amber with good white head. Fruity aroma. Surprisingly smooth, fruity character with pleasant citrus and a very subtle bitterness. Hugely drinkable. Definitely my kind of lager. Shame it won’t be made year round.

Cask @ Craven Arms, Birmingham - MTB range. Pours dark with good off-white head. Lightly smoky aroma. Taste is surprisingly light with a smoky roast character and dry bitter finish. Perhaps a bit thin, but a fine porter nonetheless.

On tap at The Bottle Shop London. Pale gold hazy lasting white head. Light lemony bit like a Belgian wit with less character. Decent lightness refreshing. Not soapy.
