Bottle from Cornelius. Clear golden body with a medium head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of grass, nettles and herbs - very ’green’. Flavour follows the aroma - it’s crisp with a hint of biscuit. Thin body with a watery, slightly oily texture. Soft fizz. Crisp and well hopped. Nice.

Cask at the Victoria, Birmingham. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin frothy white head and lots of broken lace. The aroma is light citrus mineral. The flavour is light acid sour with a light watery, aspirin mineral, light acid lemon citrus palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Pretty light all round. Lacks body and defining flavours.

Tap, half pint at Sparrow Bier Café. Stable low white lacing head, hazy golden body. Peach and lemony hops on the nose added by pale malts. Succulent taste of citrus, orange and lemon, leading to a bittersweet ending of citrus shells. Soft carbonated. Fine bodied and well balanced. Nice (Bradford 08.07.2015).
