Dark brown. Medium head. Lots of coffee up front, as expected. Smooth, chocolate, coffee, the rum influence is fairly mellow.

Hazed, golden-pinkish colour with a fizzy, bubbly off-white, rosé head, that looks like it will dissipate quickly, but ends up staying a tad longer. A little ring of foamy lace left, for just a bit. Beautiful, fresh guava fruity aromas. The sourness shows more in the taste, kind of kettled sour-style tasting, with the milder guava. Glad to see the sourness linger a little. A pretty good Guava Kettled Sour all-around.

3 ounce pour from a can split two ways at Vermont beer fest. Opaque dark brown, thin head, trace lacing. Aroma is strong, roasted malt, coffee, borderline char. Taste strong bitter roasted malt/coffee. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, fin as taste.

Can from my brother: pinkish with pink head. Aroma is funk, raspberry. Sour, very tart. Fruity. Not very sweet. Pleasant to drink on account of it not being too acidic.
