Bottle, 0.341l & flight @ the pub, Montreal. Aroma of raspberries, yeast, citrus and mild funk. Pours cloudy ruby color with thin quickly diminishing creamy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet grainy and tart berry-like, following is citrusy with tannins, mouthfeel is crisp, while finish is pleasant fruity. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Refreshing raspberliner...

Can brought back from Montreal by the Mrs. Normally I don't comment on how beers look, book and covers and all that, but this is a good looking beer, with a rich golden orange color the layer of fluffy white head. Taste is thick rich fairly dry malt, with orange zest and tangerine. Notable pithy bitterness which builds and lingers pretty hard in the finish. Decent balance. Quite nice.

Mid-hazed, golden-beige-yellow with some orange highlights. The head is bubbly, off-white, average lasting with minimal lacing. Tropical fruity aromas with cilantro notes and hints of honey, funk. The mouthfeel is a little on the thin side, but not bad for a 4.4% IPA. Milder fruity flavours with the herbal touch. A tad watery, but decent overall - I have had better Session NEIPAs (as expecting better from this brewery).

A lightly hazed blonde ale with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice lightly fruity malt with light cloves, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Soif de Cidre 2026.

Bonne Saint-Jean!

Dieu du Ciel Boire Prague et Mourir
Svetly Lezak 5.1%

Deep yellow gold with thick foam and a fresh hay and herbal slightly spicy noble hop bouquet. Medium bodied with herbal and grassy hop bitterness, hay and lightly bready malts.

To me it feels like a spot on Czech lager.
