Bottled, huge thanks Ryan! Murky tan vody, off-white head. Banana aroma, pear, red apple, sweetish, malty. Sweetish, dry taste, red apple, glue, creamy caramelly, fun, imperfect, but it has a herbal-bitter finish. Not bad.

500ml bottle. Clear, dark amber colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish and minimally bready-grainy, caramel malty aroma, hints of caramel, a touch of spelt and malt lozenge, weak, grassy hoppy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel and minimally dark malty, hints of malt lozenge and caramel, mildly bitter hoppy counterpart; minimally bready-grainy finish. Slightly creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Well crafted, well balanced, clean - very nice.

A: hazy brown, thin, tan head.
A: salted bacon, herring, beef stock, soy, bread.
T: sweetish brown bread, nuts, salted bacon.
F: soft earthy hops, tobacco, nuts.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Very drinkable Rauchbier, albeit on the salty side.
