Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic notes with hay, cherry pits, raspberries and yoghurty notes, as well as berries, fruit peel and wooden minerals. Dry finish.

8-3-7-3-14 Bottle, #F102P2, 22 months before bbd. Pours dark opaque purple, with a small creamy red head. Aroma is yoghurty notes with hay and musty blueberries, red berries and cherry pits, as well as apple cider vinegar and tannins. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is sour, acetic notes with blueberries, aronia and apples, as well as almonds, floral brett and wooden notes. Very nice and fruity, but Eik & Tid has dialled their cultures in a too sour, unbalanced way lately.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is berries, some funk, mild tartness and some wood. Flavour is funky, some farmhouse tones with spices, wooden sourness and some slightly sharper tartness. Actually very drinkable this one.

Bottled. Reddish amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is sourness, wood, mild tartness with some slight toast and bready tones. Flavour is kind of sweetish sour berries with some mild wood and caramel tones to it.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is funky, fruity, some slight acidity and sourness. Flavour is sweet malts, some zesty and mild tart and sour berries along with some slight yoghurty tones too. Actually quite smooth this one.
