Cask at The Old Oak Inn, Horsley Woodhouse, Derbyshire 14-07-09 Pours amber with a white head. This is a thrusting pushy bitter, nice bitterness, tangy and hoppy one of our small table described it as old fashioned in style, I know what she meant, good stuff. A7 A4 F7 P4 Ov13 3.5

Cask at the Old Oak Inn, Horsely Woodhouse, 15-08-08 Pours very dark brown with some ruby highlights. Sweet fruity and dark malty beer with some nice toast toast and strawberry jam on nose. There is a light but lasting bitterness, I’m sure that the hops for this are the same as the other two beers that I’ve just had, nice hoppiness. Once again there is a decent buzzing bitterness, some milky, creamy coffee on the nose, good beer.
