Orange peel, sage, onion nose. Hazy golden, thin head. Sage and onion flavor. Finishes with lemongrass. Great food pairing possibilities, but not really my thing, but I was able to warm up to it.

Cask at Hamilton Hall, JDW, London. Pours bright gold with a bubbly, white head. Nose has a bit of semi-ripe orange and mild doughy malts. Light sweet flavor with restrained bitterness; notes of dough, hay, dry citrus. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Clean and somewhat refreshing on the finish, not too sweet with some light white sugar, doughy biscuits, slight tangy lemon, orange and soft melon. Very decent beer.
