Cask-conditioned at the Market Porter, Southwark 09/06/09. Amber coloured with a moderate, off-white head. Caramel and red fruit aroma. Easy drinking with sweet maltiness and some earthy hops in the finish. A blessed relief after the chilli harshness of Oakleaf Grasshopper.

Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, dark roasted, caramel, berry, nutty notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Draught at the "Taste of Edinburgh" festival. Treacly brown colour with a cream head; smooth and malty in the "heavy" style; sweet and nutty with a touch of bitterness; easy to drink and satisfying.

Cask at another forgotten pub in Edinburgh, 20-03-09 on Craigโs crawl of Edinburghโs finest establishments. Pours gold with a white head. Not much in the way of notes for this one all I put down is great citrussyness its a good golden beer, and it was A6 A5 F6 P3 OV13 3.3

Cask in Kays Bar, Edinburgh, 20-03-09 on the Craig Crawl Pours conker brown with a creamy beige head. Some slightly tropical fruity notes, its fruity flavoured along with some toffee and malt. Soft in the mouth and a little creamy, its quite a good beer A6 A4 F6 P3 OV11 3.0

Cask at the Foot of the Walk JDW, Leith, Edinburgh, 20-03-09 on the Craig Crawl Pours copper in colour with an off white head, its a good looker. Once again another beer in a JDW where the aroma is sadly lacking. Taste is nicely tangy some sweet appleskin, touch sweet, a nice beer A5 A3 F7 P3 OV13
