Thanks to Bierridder_S & Stijn B.! Sampled draft @ BBP Anniversary Festival 2017. Hazy citrus, soapy white head. Soapy fruity hop, faint Sorachi cheese but more floral hop. Taste is dry bitter, grass, hugely floral, low Sorachi cheese hidden in the back. Lively dry hugely floral, almost perfume beer, low plastic. Interesting De Ranke / De La Senne styled beer, dry floral, perfume, green, light bodied. Nice. Not the expected hop profile.

Thanks to Bierridder_S & Stijn B.! Sampled draft @ BBP Anniversary Festival 2017. Black with a tanned head. Nose is coffee, caramel, sweet herbal, coffee roast is low, some bitter plants, sweet & bitter are well balanced & it is neither really. Taste is interesting plastic a bit upfront, sweet caramel, cacao, chocolate, sugar, interesting sweet coffee, bit sweet, bit dry, chocolate, very drinkable, thick but not too thick, finish is dry. Interesting combo of many elements, drinks quite well. Very neat.

Thanks to Bierridder_S & Stijn B.! Sampled draft @ BBP Anniversary Festival 2017. Red IPA. Looks awful, ugly brown murky mess with a huge tanned head. Nose is murky yeasty hop, raw pine resin, wet hop murky mess. Taste is yeasty doughy, murky bitter plants, vegetable, murky raw bitter hops, wet hop, bitter hop plants but overall not very bitter with no real hop finish. Not a bad beer but the hop character is a bit last & it is a murky and hazy mess seems like a poor De Molen affair for some reason to me. This needs to be finetuned. Overal pretty okay.

F: huge, white, good retention. C: murky/gold, hazy. A: light passion fruits, grapefruits, tangerine, orange peels, grassy, bit spicy, yeasty. T: malty backbone, peppery, grapefruits, light tropical fruits, long lasting bitterness on the palate, it is influenced by American style, very nice, medium body and carbonation, very good, enjoyed, so many peoples in BXL festival and no one rate this :), 33cl bottle from Malt Attacks in Brussels.

F: huge, white, not long lasting. C: milky pale gold, hazy, opaque. A: fruity, peach, floral, bit yeasty, orange peels. T: malty backbone, floral, earthy, grapefruit, peach, long lasting bitterness on the palate, bit tangerine, medium body and carbonation, for Saison very bitter probably American hops not only the yeast but I like this, 33cl bottle from Malt Attacks in Brussels.

Bottle from the Brewery. Pours unclear, yellow. Small white head, rather unstable, but not extremely so. Smell is extremely rich and grainy, very full and very, very intense. Taste is bitter, really sharp, herbal hoppyness. Mild grassy aroma's. Very malty undertone. Lower side of mouthfeel and carbo. Really nice, actually. Bit weird how they call this a saison, withoud using the typical yeast, but the beer does work , and does remins of a saison a bit. Pretty good, if they amped up the mouthfeel a bit this would be even better.
