Description
We first started our journey in Bermondsey in 2013 located in the arches of the Bermondsey beer mile. In March 2020 we expanded and moved the majority of our production to our new site in Croydon, allowing us to make three times the amount of beer.

Amber colour with small white head.Aroma of smoked sausages and bacon light malt and caramel feels bit thin but still with a good note of smoked meat and malt.

Can at home picked up from Craft metropolis. A mostly clear deep ruby amber coloured pour with a lasting khaki head. Aroma is sweet sticky honey roasted nuts, liquorice, toasted nuts, sryup, Flavour is composed of raw grains, nut skins, liquorice, bark, leafy, big bitter bastard, rye bread, green liquorice. Palate is semi sweet, drying peanut skins, resinous hop, super bitter, highish carbonation.

Lovely stuff. Rich yet subtle. Sturdy roast, torched wood, earth, a little ash, charred caramel. Overly toasted whole grain bread. Had a nice toothy bitterness about it. Well balanced, too. Solid.

Léger doré, col blanc bien crémeux.
Arôme est frais sur une belle balance malt/hoblons - effet blossom, terreux, pétales frais fleuris.
Palais sur une belle base maltée, délicat, petite note pâle/cara avec un fini toasté latent en retrait. Amertume tranche bien aevc un volet noble allemand - finement biscuité en toute fin.

Slight hazy dark brown with nice tan head. Caramel, biscuits, deep roasted notes, walnuts, marmalade, bitter grassy hops. Under medium sweet, more bitter. Solid medium bodied. Nice.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 17th April 2026. Deep coppery red with shallow tan foam affording spot lacing. A rich roastiness dominates the aroma. Some sourness. Hazelnut, coffee and sour fruits in-mouth, and a finish of nuts, sours and roasty malts. Light bodied with a smooth if not flat mouthfeel.

Cask at the Guildford Arms. Pours clear amber with a thick off-white head. Aromas of twiggy bitter, nuts and herbs. Taste is toffee, nuts and earth. Faint fruity butter finish.

Orange, chalky & wheat aroma.
Medium bodied, lively with a dry clean back.

Can shared thanks to Alexander. Bit hazy very pale yellow. Wheat, grassy hops, lemon, grapes, weedy hops. Light sweet and bitter, very light sour. Over light bodied.
