Tap @ Van Moll. Dark brown to black colour with a medium sized, creamy, senseo coloured head. Smells coffee, roasty, moccha, sweet. Tastes sweet, very roasty, coffee moccha, slightly salty and a hint of liquorice. Full body, soft carbo. Quite nice.

Bottled@Arendsnest, Amsterdam. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, grassy, herbal and has some toffeeish notes along with mild yeast and earthy (earth cellary) notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, some earth, toffee and mild herbal notes to it.

Bottle. Curious Hop, Otley. Opaque, pale gold. Swirl of white head. Bread dough. Bit of stewed apple. Yeasty. Taste is soft sweet. Fairly rich, foamy palate. Some mineral bitterness on the finish.

Tap at Uiltje. Slight hazy golden with white head. Sweet fruits up front with peach, fresh apricots, baby puke, light yoghurt, dough, lemon, herbs. Light to medium sweet with very light tart and salty finish. Quite creamy feel, medium bodied and soft carbonation.

Thanks to Benazi! 2000 ml. growler sampled @ “Hot & Sweaty RBBSG 2015”. Hazy orange, little white. Nose is quite dull, sweetish dough, sugar, light melon,… Taste is dominated a too much by butter for me, light butter & sweetish dough, sugary, light melon, faintly floral finish,… Light butter & touch caramel body. A bit bland & vaguely buttery.

Clear blond beer, irregular creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: spicy, fruity, peaches, sweet, bit sugary, more peach smell. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit spicy, some cloves, fruity, sourish touch, little grassy, sweet notes. Aftertaste: hoppy, citrus, fruity, little bitter, spicy touch, bit yeasty.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Hazy yellow to orange color, medium to full sized dense white head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is lightly malts and lightly citrussy. Taste malts, lightly citrus, some yeast and loghtly hops. Decently refreshing.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Very dark brown to black color, medium sized lightly creamy light brown head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts and very roasty. Taste malts, again quite roasty, a slight hint of liquorice, dark malt and some coffee in the background, bitter. Tastes more like a (strong) porter to me rather than an Imperial Stout. Ok.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Hazy light orange color, medium sized good lacing white to off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, citrussy, lemon, orangepeel, hop. The slight sourish flavor coming from all the citrussy fruitpeel annoys me though. Not my favourite. Always tricky with sorachi ace.

33 cl bottle @ De Arendsnest. Bottled 15.11.2014Aroma has hayish grain and toffee. Also grass. Flavour has sweetish apricot tones, hayish malt and grassy hops. Also some toffee. Feels like a rich kellerbier with elemements from Belgian blondes, especially apricot.
