Sample at Haandfest 2019. Beautiful black body with a dense beige head. Aroma has dark malt, roasted coffee, dark chocolate and vanilla. Flavor is sweet, dark malt, really smooth, coffee, vanilla, warming alcohol and moderate bitterness. Fine body and long lasting, sweet and alcoholic aftertaste. Nice take on the pastry thing without being silly.

Sample at Haandfest 2019. Dark brown, almost black body with a perfect, dense beige head. Aroma has dark malt, quite much pine, some grapefruit. Flavor is quite smooth, medium sweet, dark malt, lots of pine, moderate roasted, moderate bitter and hint of chocolate. Fine body and OK aftertaste.

Can at home. Deeper orangeish pour with an off-white head. Nose is caramalts, some sweetness, resin, nice bitterness. Taste is nicely balanced bitter and sweet notes, some caramel alongside of grassy, zesty and resinous notes, closing with a pleasantly bitter and dry finish. Surprisingly good tbh.

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy off-white head, slightly stable, non adhesive. Aroma: weird, pretty oxidized, lots of green apples, funky, some soy sauce. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of green apples, oxidized, weird, bitter touch, some sourish notes. Aftertaste: a bit chemical, bitter, weird, funky touch, metallic notes, nope, not a big fan of this.
