Description
Depuis 2011, je brasse mes propres bières: Big Mama Stout, Big Nose Triple, Holy IPA et Seed of the New Grace.

Bottle @ home. Clear orange golden color, medium to full sized off-white head. Aroma reminds me of gummy bears candy (Dutch) "haribo snoep beertjes". Taste lightly malts, floral, floral hops, just lightly bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Ok IPA.

0.33l bottle. Black body, light beige head. Aroma of caramel, orange, grapes, elderflower and cocoa. Taste of caramel, cocoa, pine, chocolate, grapefruit and grassy hops. It has very limited roasted malt characher, that is quite suprising from a stout. I still like it though.

Cellar clean out session. Very light haze on this gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy with fine carbonation. Soft malts, mild creamy sweetness. Modest floralness and mild marmalade. Touch of fresher orange. Light finish. Clean but really lacking any hop punch.

Bottle. Orange golden color. Aroma of malt, yeast, ester and grain. Sweet taste of yeast, grainy malt, esters and some subtle bitter hop. Very standard and unoriginal.

Bouteille 75cl.

Thank you Sebletitje! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ “Wish you were Adam Chandler” tasting. Light dark brown, little tanned head. Nose is weird vegetable umami, touch vinous oddly, quite rich in spirit. Taste is boozy, boozy whisky, lightly roasted malts, coffee grounds, oddly a bit vinous, too alcoholic, vegetable, herbal, light sweetness charred oak. Thick & boozy body. Base was a decent stout with some mild sweet coffee, cacao, it was decent, nothing crazy for an Imperial Stout. This one is too bitter, vegetable & umami like, oddly vinous & overly boozy, might have spent a bit too much time, I am not too crazy about this evolution. Glad that I didn’t buy a bottle of it, apparently this one is quite expensive as well.

4/VII/16 - 75cl bottle @ Adam Jackson Tasting Without Adam Jackson - BB: 4/II/21, bottled: II/2016 (2016-732) Thanks to Sebletitje for sharing the bottle!
Clear dark brown beer, irregular creamy beige head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, caramel, pretty roasted, bit vegetal. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty roasted, little sourish, hoppy, bitter, something's "wrong", it's hard to put my finger on it though. Maybe wrong yeast type for the beer style? Aftertaste: roasted, sweet, caramel, bit vegetal.

Bottle shared, featuring a fantastic picture of an insane yellow flappy bird with 6 wings, lunatic eyes and feathers flying everywhere while the creature is in mid-squark. Truly an exceptional label and probably the most flappy I’ve seen on a beer yet. There really should be a score for rating the label design and if there was, this one would get a 10. Anyway, the beer is hazy orange with a short lived cream head. Aroma of malt, caramel, light sof herbal notes, light yeast, a little pepper and green weedy notes. Flavour is light to light moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. Bonus points for the picture of the demented bird.
