Poured from 500mL bottle (2023 vintage). Hazy yellow with small white head. Mild funk, a bit too acidic, getting close to being an acid bomb, especially on the nose, but taste is slightly more mellowed, very feint yogurt quality. Okay.

500ml @ Ryan's shared with Alex and Farees. Appearance: hazy straw with a white head. Aroma: some funk and bugs with little fruitiness and acidity. After sitting and compounding for some time it's getting to the nail polisher territory. Taste: quite acidic, aggressive, abrasive. Finishes with lactic acid. Overall: too spontaneous for me (c) Alex.

Taste: a bit boozy, kinda thin, American oak, moderately sweet, dark fruits. Finishes with hoppy bitterness and booziness. Overall: good enough.

Poured from 355mL can (side by side with Elijah Craig and Basil Hayden variants; date stamped Aug 30, 2021). Dark brown with small beige head. Woody bourbon upfront on the nose, nice bourbon character for this beer - probably because it was in the barrel for much longer (232 days) compared to the other two, but wish the bourbon itself was better quality. On par with Elijah Craig.

Taste: along the same lines, moderately sweet, medium-bodied, caramel, creamy aftertaste. Overall: nice one.

473ml can. Pours a hazy pink amber with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Mild fruity aroma of grainy wheat malt, raspberry and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy wheat malt, raspberry, yeast and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and crushable, but kind of a one-trick pony. A little disappointing.
