(Can) Pours clear dark brown with big loose tan head. Pleasant aroma of toasted bread although with some boiled vegetable and metallic hints. Light bodied with good carbonation. Dark roast / burnt flavours with vegetable and toffee notes and a bit of balancing acidity. Pleasant enough.

330ml can. Opalescant, orange, pale golden colour with average, frothy, rapidly osteoporosing and finally completely fading, white head. Grainy, malty aroma, minimally sweet-ish hints of corn, rice, cereals. Taste is sweet-ish, slightly grainy, minimally spicy, pale malty, hints of rice, a touch of corn, straw, plain, mildly bitter, hoppy overtones.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy palate, fine, scattered, soft to flat carbonation.
Expressionless, vacuous, not even particularly refreshing - uncalled-for.

Can at home, can't remember where I got this tbh. It pours clear golden - blonde with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh popcorn, sweet white bread, rice crackers, damp grass and floral accents. The taste is crispy, dry, some green grassy bitterness, leafy, herbal, floral, rice cakes, grainy, underlying sweetness and a touch of rawness with a damp rice on the finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Not bad for what it is.

From a Japanese supermarket. Drunk from the can in our NYC hotel room after some delicious sushi at Aji in midtown east. Smooth, slim body, hint of banana with a clean wheaty taste. It's a bit more like a mild pale ale with wheat flavors rather than a German Weißbier, which is quite refreshing in the year's first East Coast heat wave. This is just what I need after walking 8 miles around New York today!

Bottled....your standard int’l pale lager, actually one of the better ones. Clean and insubstantial.

On tap at Osushi, Coolangatta. Brown/red beer with luscious creamy head. No carbonation. Fruit and malt nose. Smooth texture, really smooth. Light malt. Good lacing. Malty fruity dark lager. Very very nice. Great with Japanese food.
