Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, malt, lacto, and horseblanket. The flavor is sour with lemons, brettanomyces, lacto, straw, and funk, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle shared at Chriso’s mid-week lasting 03/07/14. Thanks to Colin / Big Dave. Translucent / hazed yellow / straw coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is spicy hop, apricot, lychee, peach tropical fruit, slight tart acid and earthy notes. Flavour is sweet & sour, peach mango apricot fruits. Grainy wheat malts in the finish. Palate is tart and sharp, grainy.

Bottle at Chriso going Dutch tasting cash purchase via the Wingman 03/07/14. Hazed pale golden with a moderate off white swirl. Nose is tangy citrics, lemon rind, lychee, spice, citric sherbet, damp grass. Taste comprises lychee, lemon rind, spice, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not really sure what’s this meant to be, it’s a bit muddled, however it is drinkable and comes over akin to a Berliner Weisse!

Craig on Heat Tasting at ChrisO’s. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and dry. Fine carbonation. Berlinner Weisse like sourness and seltzer. Little sherbet. Light dried fruits, light orange. Light dry finish. Pretty tasty but not at all clear!

Bottle shared at chriso’s. Pours unclear yellow with a creamy white head. Nice tangy lime aroma, some straw, lemon. Light sweet flavor, slightly dusty, with some cereal, faint corn, lemon, salt. Light bodied with fine, slritzy carbonation. Pretty clean on the finish, some hay, lemon rind, slight acidity, more cereal. Fair.

(Bottle) Amazing looking beer - clear deep red with dense pink head. Good sour beer aroma with brettanomyces barnyard and earthy, oaky, vinous notes. Medium body with great carbonation. Very well balanced flavour with sour fruitiness offset against complex barnyard brettanomyces, earthy, spicy and woody notes. This is reminiscent of a Belgian lambic but with added fruitiness. The cherry flavour is not as distinct as might be expected, but there is a good pervasive sour fruitiness. Fantastic beer.
