Description
Radiant Pig creates innovative, high-quality brews with colorful names and labels reminiscent of the street art found throughout NYC.
The story of Radiant Pig begins in a small Brooklyn apartment in 2013 when a former art school student and homebrewing fanatic decided to merge his two greatest passions: art and craft beer. The name Radiant Pig being a mashup of these two passions.
‘Radiant’ is inspired by Jean-Michel Basquiat, who was dubbed the ‘Radiant Child’ by art critic Rene Ricard. Pig is an acronym that stands for ‘people in gastropubs’, a nod to our customers and anyone who shares a love for craft beer.
Radiant Pig is a favorite amongst beer nerds and novices serving up everything from Hazy IPAs to sours, red ales and lagers. As demand and distribution has grown throughout the Northeast, we’re working on creating a brewery space and taproom in NYC where people can enjoy our beers.

TALL BOY CAN: Poured a hazy orange with a frothy white head. Aroma is juicy hops and fruit, pineapple freshly sliced, citrus. Taste is bitter hops forward, citrus, fruity, more of that acidic pineapple, resinous, lingers around the palate.

Very hazy golden to bright orange colour, huge, not too dense, but still quite long lasting ivory-like head; aroma of pineapple, lemony, mango, some orange, celery and hints of piney notes; taste is quite the same with some hoppy bitterness; really good one

Draft at an Italian spot at Chelsea Market. Pours a hazy copper gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Light citrus and stone fruit aromas. Flavors muted on the palate with generic modern hop / tropical fruit character. Mild pithy bitterness on the finish.

On tap at District Taphouse. Pours a slighly hazy gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has bright fruits and a slight perfumey note with some earthy pear and citrus supporting. Flavor starts with a bit of cotton candy and sweet fruit and finishes with earthy pear and musty citrus.
