Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 20A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch B463612 (BBF 15-DEC-21). AROMA: medium-high roasted malt (cocoa and slight coffee) with low estery presence (plum-like). APPEARANCE: very dark brown body with ruby highlights. medium-large light brown head, creamy, with good retention. slight leg formation. TASTE: initial medium-high roasted malt with a slight burnt note and a unsweetened dark coffee character. faint hop presence (herbaceous). medium-high to high bitterness from hops and roasted malts. finishes dry and roasted. PALATE: medium-high body with medium carbonation. slight astringency but ok. OVERALL: a nice porter with an emphasis on roasted malts (tending to american porter).

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 34C: white stout with lactose, vanilla, cinnamon and lemon zest). Bottle 33 cl - Batch B458686 (BBF 20-jun-21). AROMA: medium notes os vanilla, medium-low cinnamon and low lemon zest. medium neutral sweet background with a milk-like profile. APPEARANCE: gold color and clear. medium-low white head with medium-low to low retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium notes of vanilla, cinnamon and faint lemon zest. medium sweet background with a neutral malt character and a milky desert profile. medium bitterness with a semi-sweet finish. a bit unbalanced towards spices. PALATE: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: although the references of spices are present (and a bit too much), there is nothing resembling a white stout.

hazy yellow colour, minimal dense off-white head; aroma of coconut, lemon and orange zest oils, some herbal, celery and almost rotten vegetables; taste of lactic and citric acidy notes which is perfectly balanced by a coconut-like sweetness and some tropical fruitiness; good one

AROMA: medium cereal husk aroma with medium-low esters (ripe orange-like) and faint lime hop note. medium-low corn-like aroma (probably from DMS or flakes). APPEARANCE: light gold color and clear. medium-low white head with low retention. TASTE: initial medium-low cereal husk, low background esters (orange-like). slight background hop note. medium to medium-high bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. over-drying sensation leading to astringency, probably from polyphenols. OVERALL: a dry-hopped blonde with low hop presence and execution problems.

Hazy yellow with a frothy white head. Orange Julius aroma with some pineapple twist. Taste is mildly bitter with a citric character. Medium bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. Not bad.

APPEARANCE: light amber color and hazy. medium-low white head, creamy, with good retention for the style. TASTE: initial medium-low hop flavor with fruity character (mandarin, apricot) and slight herbaceous. medium-low to malt background with a slight toffee character. medium bitterness with a dry and slightly bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an average american IPA.

Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, tart, fruity hops, pale malt, citrus - tropical fruit, lime - citrus, coconut.
