Bottle. A- Oak. A- Black color, black liquid, foamy tan head. T- Funky, oak, tangy, subtle wine, mild cocoa. P- Medium body, thin texture, average carbonation, slightly bitter finish. O- Very unique. 4 years old but this came across more as a dark sour than a imperial stout. I was hoping for flavors similar to Smuttynose Stallion but this imparted a lot more funky oak and tangy flavors. It wasn't bad but far from what I was after.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 24 Jan 2020) Dark brown colour, almost black, with frothy beige head. Malty nose with notes of chocolate, roasted malt and hazelnuts. Malty, slightly roasty taste with chocolate, caramel, toffee, hazelnuts and a mild cacao bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced porter, with a good hazelnut touch. Nice one.

A very well made BBA imperial stout without much fuss. Black, almost flat, good thickness. Creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is a great balance between the chocolateyness of the beer, with a slightly bitter roast, and the smooth and soft bourbon, giving coconut.

0,33 bottle. 0.33 bottle. Beautiful, ebony color. The foam is chocolate colored, compact, very beautiful, the label is also appealing. Aroma: coffee, or rather cocoa, chocolate, roasted, full. Extremely full-bodied and delicious Stout! The whole beer is creamy, soft, almost bite-free. It’s like drinking a delicious creamy, brutally strong coffee flavored with beer&coca&rum. Nevertheless, in the end you can feel bitterness and beer tickets. I'm so glad I could try it. It was a real experience for the whole mouth and for the soul too !!! Well, it's really an imperial stout !!!

Gyönyörű, ébenfekete szín. A hab csoki színű, tömör, nagyon szép, a címke is tetszetős. Illata kávés, vagy inkább kakaós, csokis, pörkölt, telt. Rendkívül testes és finom Stout! Az egész sör krémszerű, lágy, szinte harapható. Mintha egy sör-rum ízesítésű finom krémes, brutál erős kávét innánk. Ennek ellenére a végén keserűség, sörös jegyek is érződnek. Nagyon örülök, hogy kipróbálhattam. Az egész száj, és a lélek számára is egy igazi élmény volt!!! Na ez, valóban egy imperial stout!!!

Black with dark head. Aroma has rosemary and liquorice and a slight toasted note. Nice oily texture. Flavour has slightly too much rosemary but this a beer that goes well with roasted meats or charcuterie.

Bottle. Black body with a fast disappearing tan head. Strong aroma of coffee and dark malt. Aroma feels stronger but less elegant than #24 from parallel tasting. Taste is very smooth with dark, mild roasted malt, coffee, oak and smooth Bourbon. Fine body and long-lasting smooth aftertaste. Comparing #24 with #25 the aroma is a bit more elegant in #24 but the overall impression is that #25 is a tad better with the elegant coffee flavor well integrated in taste. Both of them are great beers.

Bottle. Dark brown, almost black body with a small beige head. Aroma has dark malt, oak and mild Bourbon. Taste is sweet malt, oak, coconut, vanilla and Bourbon. Very smooth and balanced. Fine body and pleasant aftertaste.

33cl bottle. A murky bright golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of juicy hops, yellow frutis, mango, wheat. Taste of medium dry juicy hops, yellow fruits, wheat, mango, some citra, pineapple, mealy mouthfeel.
