Brian and Jenn Cook created Kingdom Brewing with the intent to brew authentic craft beers from a wide variety of locally produced ingredients. Starting with American grown grains, they combine farm chemistry and heirloom recipes with ingredients from their farm & greenhouse such as maple sap, spruce tips and berries to create a variety of light to robust seasonal beers.

Light orange to dark. Nose is weak. Taste is a red ale but it’s pretty good. Oyster taste some oak and orange juice.

Light orange appearance. Nose is a touch of orange with simcoe and rye. Astringent and strong bitterness. Old pine tree and mild finish.

On tap at the brewery on 21. June 2014. Thanks to Russell for driving. Light orange in the glass, pleasant fruity, not so bitter as expected with the announced 86 IBU. The 8,3 % alcohol are hidden. Okay.

On tap at the brewery on 21. June 2014. Announced on the board with 6 % alcohol. Nearly black in the glass. Malts, black- and raspberries on the nose. Taste: Pleasant sweetness, later dry. Very tasty, fresh malty. Light salty background. Recommended! Thanks to Russel for his patience and driving!

On tap at the brewery on 21. June 2014. Served in a tumbler with salt like a margarita. Amber in the glass. Tastes sourish malty. Nice one!

Tasting at the brewery. Light amber in the glass. Tastes hoppy, slightly bitter, just pleasant, hints of citrus all on a malty body. I enjoyed it.
