Brian and Jenn Cook created Kingdom Brewing with the intent to brew authentic craft beers from a wide variety of locally produced ingredients. Starting with American grown grains, they combine farm chemistry and heirloom recipes with ingredients from their farm & greenhouse such as maple sap, spruce tips and berries to create a variety of light to robust seasonal beers.

Thanks Doug. Growlette share.
This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy muddy brown to purple color with a thin finger’s worth of white foamy head began and then slid nicely into the beer. Sly messy lacing.
The aroma, obviously had the blackberry, smooth sweet with a light tartness to it. Some sweet wheat to balance.
The flavor balances nicely between the sweet to the tart, fruitiness to malts to a light bitter hoppiness. Light sweet to tart aftertaste with a quick tart finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Soothing carbonation feels good.
Overall, great blackberry ale that I would have again.

Draft at the Reservoir - Waterbury, VT. Pours clear copper with a white cream crown. Bready malt nose with accents of caramel. Medium sweet flavor, bready, with slight candi sugar and low bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. OK balance on the finish, with more bread and toasted sugars. Fine, just a bit simple.

On tap at The Reservoir, Waterbury, VT.
This was poured into a mason jar...hmm...I dig the creativity of the establishment, yeah well, here’s the rest.
The appearance was a moderately dark red color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute leaving some light lacing sliding into the beer.
The smell had some roasted nuts along with some caramel malts and then a light piney hoppiness running into some light toast.
The taste was a nice combination of bitter pine hops sliding into the toast and caramel malts. There’s a nice semi-sweet to bitter piney to caramel aftertaste leading on into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Carbonation runs fairly smooth allowing the bitterness to make it nice.
Overall, this was a really nice Amber ale that I would have again.

A hazed brown stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light toffee, coffee, grassy hops, nice and smooth. In mouth, a sweet fruity chocolate malt with powdery character, light vanilla, faint alcohol, OK. On tap at Vermont brewfest 2015.

Light amber red. 1 finger head. There’s salt on the rim of the glass. Smells pretty rough. Not a fan of the nose. Taste is like a red ale with a sourness. Very astringent.

Hazy orange. 1 finger fluffy head. Light orange and honey nose. Crisp with a lot of bitterness. Loads of orange and crystal malt. Finish is sweet with orange peel
