Crowler from Kelly and Dave, Thanks for thinking of me. Dark brown bordering on black with a small tan head that dissipates. Roasty earthy with hints of caramel and chocolate. Could use a hint more body in my opinion but drinks quite well as is.

Crowler from the source, thanks Kelly and Paul for thinking of me. Mostly clear light golden color with a bubbly white head that persists. Bready earthy grassy with bits of citrus. I still don't get this style.

Poured into a pint glass, the appearance was a semi-muddy/milky brown color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a moderate pace. Just a touch of stringy lace.
The aroma had a soft roasted nutty to caramel/toffee malt up front and then an ample amount of maple syrup.
The flavor copied the aroma fairly well using the maple syrup to sweeten just a touch more and then ride on into the aftertaste and follow through nicely on the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. ABV felt good and maple syrup created a nice smoothness along my tongue.
Overall, could be construed as an English brown ale but a nice Spring time beer nonetheless, would have again.

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a snifter.
The appearance was a ruddy burnt orange to copper color with a film of a white foamy head glossing the top and settling out nicely in a decent way. Stringy sliding lace,
The aroma blended soft caramel to toffee malts, a touch of vanilla, dark fruits, and then tobacco/grassiness underneath.
The flavor blended all of the previously mentioned aromas together. All seems to linger into the aftertaste and then on into the finish.
On the palate, tis one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sipping quality about it. Moderate carbonation. ABV was as the brewer suggested. Smooth booziness done nicely. And yes, I had the Kenny Loggins song playing in the background when I copied this in here.

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a burnt orange almost cloudy / semi-hazy color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white foamy head. No lace.
The aroma had some sweet wheat, apricot, banana esters, and ends with some grassy hops.
The flavor leans towards the sweet side blending the sweet wheat to the malts, banana and apricot. Touches into the aftertaste and on into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. Nice low ABV felt right.
Overall, American pale wheat ale? In my opinion, that’s what I say as it’s missing the cloves, a bigger head and that kick I usually expect in the finish from the cloves. I didn’t mind it for me.

Poured into a pint glass, the appearance was a milky brown colored body with a cap of light white foaminess. No lace.
The aroma had some vanilla and bitter chocolate nibs. Dry roasted edge of some coffee beans.
The flavor takes the vanilla and chocolate on in a sweet sort of way pulling the coffee beans in for balance. Sly roasty to semi-sweet sort of chocolatey edge in the aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. ABV felt fine and it keeps a really smooth feel all around.
Overall, nice sweet stout worthy of having again.

Poured into a nonic pint glass, the appearance was a dark brown color with a thin half finger’s worth of eggshell white foamy head. No lace.
The aroma had some roasted malts, light nuts, dark chocolate, coffee and ends with some milk chocolate.
The flavor does a good job of blending sweet to roast mildly pulling off a nicely blended aftertaste rolling into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. ABV felt fine. Mild roast.
Overall, fairly good beer, perhaps a bit lighter than expected for a stout, but still pulls off an aroma and flavor worthy of wanting to come back to.

Poured into a nonic pint glass, the appearance was a cloudy burnt orange to amber color with a thin white little head that quickly dissipated to a glossy lace.
The aroma combined citrus to grains with a sweet cracker-like underscore. Light grassiness.
The flavor seemed to keep that separated taste about it. Sometimes bitter, sometimes sweet. Light grainy sweet aftertaste. Toast-like finish.
On the palate, this one seemed to sit about medium bodied. Somewhat sessionable. Moderate carbonation. ABV felt fine and dandy.
Overall, aroma and feel were fine, but the taste didn’t seem to come together. I mean it tasted fine, but just didn’t really tell me this could be a knockout.
