Easter 2019 weekend in Vermont. Can that pours a slightly hazed golden-amber colour with a frothy off-white cap that last a while and creates thick foamy lacing. Fruity aromas of citrus like oranges and mango sweetness. Mild caramel base with the grassy hops eventually coming out. Thick mouthfeel that thins out a little with the light dryness in the finish. Fruity malts flavours with the citrus also coming from the hops, and the caramel background. A decent hoppy end that is kind of spicy and cuts the sweetness. Not bad, but not sure I can drink more in a shot.

Thanks to Nikki for this one on our annual Easter Vermont weekend. Looks like cola with a head that does not stay, but a tad lace coats the brew. Roasted malt aromas with hints of chocolate malts and alcohol bite. Seems to be quite yeasty as well and when tasted, the yeast seems to be even more powerful in the mix. The maple lingers a little on the tongue in the finish with hop sharpness. The chocolate is lost a bit in here. Gets the job done of an Imperial beer, but the porter is a little lost in here with the chocolate and maple.

From my brother: pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is funky, floral, somewhat fruity. Nice hoppy notes with a not very acidic sourness. Pleasant.

Archive, Burlington tap: pours amber with whitish head. Aroma is caramel and hints of toast. Taste is lightly bitter. Somewhat sweet. Easy to drink. Does the trick.

16oz can pours a dark brew with some ringing, off white head. Nose is alright, malt, some caramel, a little butterscotch, bread. Flavor is chewy with malt and bread, caramel. Not much else. Simple, dry, perhaps some peppery bitterness on the end.

Can at home fine Amber looking beer did gush out of can a bit probably my fault. Nose is toffee and light citrus. Tastes of caramel, earth, little bready, hint of lime. Normal palate. Decent enough.
