Aroma: The nose has grainy and bready malts, a little earth, some pale malt, and a bit of corn
Appearance: It pours an unclear amber color with a thin, beige head, and average lacing
Flavor: The flavors are similar to the aroma, some light sweetness and light bitterness
Palate: The feel is only okay in my opinion, average carbonation, and a lightly dry finish
Overall Impression: Fairly average beer for me. It's not memorable at all. Isn't close to the best out worst thing I've tried. Just very okay, average, and unremarkable.

This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a hazyburnt yellow color with a one finger white foamy/soapy looking head that dissipated at a nice pace. Lacing is quite messy and clingy.
The smell starts off crisp sweet breadiness laced with sweet citrus and leads into a semi-sweet to bitter citrus rind. Light pine slightly makes a breakthrough.
The taste was semi-sweet sticky citrus leading into a lip smacking good citrus aftertaste and finishes semi-sweet with a side of bitterness.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Carbonation seemed decent for the style and for me.
Overall, it’s a decent APA that I could have again.

Bomber from Winooski Beverage, 4/3/15. Clear dark brown, large foamy tan head. Good retention. Aroma of roasted malt, leather, dark chocolate. The taste is chocolate, dark fruits, clay, roasted malt. Thin bodied, drinkable.

This was poured into a tall English pub glass with a fast pour to assist in trying to bring out a good pilsener effect.

The appearance was a nice looking hazy golden yellow color with a one to two finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute leaving a messy lacing roaming around the glass.
The smell started off with a grassy to light citrus hoppiness roaming over a light pilsner malt.
The taste stays sweet and crisp rolling into a crisp clean grassy aftertaste leading into a refined crisp finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fairly good sessionability and has a nice carbonation about it. It pounds appropriately for the style and for me.
Overall, as a pilsener it definitely works adding a slight citrus in the aroma. I’d have this again.

Very cloudy yellow. almost no head. Good yeast presence with the peppery aroma, honey and clove. A little cinnamon and walnut. decent mouthfeel. finish leaves a lot of peppery notes. Leaves a lot to be desired.

Slightly cloudy, light yellow a great dense off white head with tight bubbles. Aroma is light, hint of grapefruit, sweet orange, tangerine and table sugar. Really great mouthfeel, dense and tingly. Lager yeast is there but not overwhelming. Hop bitterness lingers for a very long time. This is a solid beer. Wish it had more juiciness.

Draft at the brewery. Cloudy gold color, lasting head. Aroma is grassy, citrus tones, strong floral notes. The yeast is decent character with a huge amount of citrus, grass and a nice lightly pepper from the yeast. The mouthfeel is spicy and has a nicely herbal balance. I really enjoyed this saison, nicely made.

Draft at Holy Grail, Epping. Crystal clear yellow color, fizzy carbonation that had slow dying head. The aroma is light pils malt and that faint citrus from the Citra hops. Extremely light even when warm.
The flavor starts with very weak citrus with a massive grainy base. After the citrus dies away it ends clean with a drying finish. Body is medium leaning on light with bitterness almost nonexistent. Even fresh this is malty. Overall, pretty respectable but I’m not rushing to down another pint.
