Appearance: copper color with a finger and a half of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: rich malty breadiness with herbal to caramel-like tones, light floral hop spice sliding in underneath for balance
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to lean to the malty side initially then some light hoppy spice does make a decent play for the balance; finishes caramel malty toned
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable, pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: nicely done Maibock worth coming back to.

Bottle to lager glass.
Appearance: glossy yellow color with an even keeled transparency about it and a four and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: biscuity malt tones up front with some lemony to grassy sweet spicy hop notes and a touch some bready to ever so slighty toasty tones
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fairly nice malty quality underscored by a little hop spice; finishes with a nurturing malty vibe
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but also a little bit of some sweet grains seeming to nick the tongue a little bit
Overall: not a bad Helles lager, maybe it could be just a wee bit smoother in the feel and possibly get some of that "toast" out of the aroma then this beer will be well on it's way to greatness.

Appearance: semi-chill haze yellow but also a little bit of a sly transparency about it with a finger and a half of white foamy head which dissipated at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet biscuity malts with clean floral to semi-herbal and/or grassy hop spicy tone ever so light; light mineral notes
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a clean sweet sort of quality; super light fruity/mineral-ish and biscuity finish
Texture: light bodied, great sessionability; absorbant smoothness
Overall: nicely done Kolsch worthy of returning to.

Appearance: glossy burnt yellow to copper color with a sly transparency about it but closer to the edges with a two finger white foamy head which settled off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral and earthy hops up front, subtle spicy hop note; clean bready/crackery malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine malty bready tone to a slight floral/earthy hop with a little bit of zing to it; finishes malty with a light hoppy zing to it
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, pretty smooth along the tongue with a little bit of hoppy snap to it
Overall: yup, this is definitely a Czech pilsener and one I would welcome again.

Appearance: dark amber close to brown color with a two finger khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet smoke, great level of maple where it's not too much and not too little, then sweet earthy tones with a light herbal tone then underneath that a light spicy whiff
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet smoky and maple-y to light earthy quality; finishes maple-y and smoky sweet
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable, clean smoothness
Overall: very nice beer I believe I liked for me but I do wonder how much "rauchbier" was truly here, hmmmm...

Aroma: campfire smoke, sweet woodiness, then the sweet side of bacon smoke but less bacon-like and some hay/straw notes at the end
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine smoky sweet and semi-earthy sweet character; finishes woody smoky sweet with an ever so slight pinch of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, nice rolling smoothness along the tongue
Overall: great smoked lager well worthy of returning to.

Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bitter sort of snappy tone with an underscore of zesty zing; finishes crisp with a little bit of sanppy to zesty hop tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, pretty smooth along the tongue with a little bit of a zesty/snappy sort of hop zing to the tongue like a fresh IPL normally does
Overall: as much as I liked this one for me, I have to ask the question: is this really a Kellerbier or is this an IPL? Well, either way, I would return to this for me.
