Draft. A hazy amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of beechwood smoke, caramel, wood, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of smoke, bacon, brettanomyces, malt, and caramel, leading to a slight acidic finish.

On tap. French Oak version. Pours an almost clear amber with a tiny white head. Lightly tart woody nose, sweet caramel with a whiff of smoke. Light body, excessive carbonation, lightly sweet berry accents, a dry, dusty and lightly ashy smoke note. No real bitterness. 281012

Craft. Opaque black - brown beer, pale tan head. Palate is smooth and light. Minerals and fine carbonation. Super mild lactose in the mellow dark malt. Mild pine hops. The carbonation starts to bite. Trace of red berry fruits and a whisper of coffee. Finishes crisp. Nice Black IPA - good cream and cream vibe.

Craft. Hazy deep amber beer, little pale cream coloured head. Palate is smooth and soft with fine carbonation. Massive barrel character here. But the beers starts with some acetic apples and pears. Then loads of soft vanilla and toasted coconut and very mild tangy rye whisky. Trace of wood. Mild estery bubblegum before the smooth semi dry finish. Ian Harrison would describe this as barrelled to within and inch of itβs life.
