On tap at So Good in Rome-Italy with Dan. Cloudy pale yellow-green pour with tick milky white foam. Nose: orange peel, wheat and spicy, nice aroma of bergamot and floral. Mouth is thin although pretty elegant as a Blanche, much coriander feel, chamomile.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Giallo paglierino con riflessi verdognoli, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note citriche e di mango, leggero erbaceo. In bocca è bella secca e amara, le manca forse un po' di croccantezza. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Avrei preferito un po' più di Belgio.

Tap at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours medium transparency, gold, with moderate white foam. Aroma is a little yeasty, cereal, vegetal, recalling a saison. Body is fairly dense, with carbonation maybe excessive for such a beer. Taste is moderately bitter, with a spicy character. Finish is average, actually short than you'd expect.
