Lattina. Il naso viene catturato dal luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano sentori di miele, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, limone, lime e uva spina.

Dès la première gorgée, on peut sentir cette douceur maltée envelopper le palais, apportant une dimension chaleureuse et réconfortante à la dégustation. lattina 33 cl, schiuma bianco sporco fine media persistente, colore ambrato velato, al naso frutta matura lievito esteri miele zucchero di canna malto tostato, in bocca frutta matura miele di castagno caramello, corpo rotondo, alcool ben bilanciato, carbonatazione moderata, molto dolce compensato da un amaro accentuato, media secchezza nel finale. Molto buona bella dolce come piace a me ma un po' troppo grezza e poco raffinata, lontana dalle Bock d’oltralpe. c. Fatti una birra 25.11.22
