Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta ed è di persistenza lunga. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. La carbonazione è vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si depositano note di miele, cereali, amaretto, luppolo, erba e agrumi.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black with moderate brownish foam, very fine. Aroma is toasted, some vanilla. Body is average, fairly carbonated, some nice full mouth. Taste is a notable roasty bitterness, with some sweetness in the entrance. Finish is pretty long and roasty.

Lovely refreshing stuff.
Cloudy yellow color with a fine thick white head. Solid hoppy aroma. Looks nice and inviting. Semi dry and a bit short tail. Citric/grapefruit hoppy, tropical and pine in the flavor.

Draft at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours fairly transparent, loaded gold, with persistent white foam, fine. Aroma is malty, a little caramel, floral. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is pretty sweet at start, with good bitterness in between, and some final sweetness again in the final, which is fairly long.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy, canary yellow, with moderate white foam, medium grained. Aroma is wonderful of grapefruit, peach, melon, with a hint of peppery feeling opening up your nose. Body is think, with good carbonation. Taste is partially sweet at first, with good bitterness all the way. Finish is short and pretty clean.

Draft @ ML Fontainas. Dorée sur paille, col blanc épais et tenace. Arôme offre un bouquet très frais, léger citronné, rétro sur pointe de levure et grains - malt pils, cara - pointe herbacée rappelant la senteur des prés. Palais est léger rafraîchissant, petite amertume prenante de houblons noble et une belle note de rondeur des grains - possible épeautre? aspect grains concassés - note fruitée avec un agréable côté fleuri et sur la fin une petite touche de poivre-épicé. Fini reste sec et sur une note de feuille séchée de thé.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Ambrata scarica, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note agrumate, di limone e di frutta tropicale, leggero erbaceo. In bocca ha un attacco maltato abbastanza importante con finale amaro medio, decisamente equilibrata. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Non male.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Color pesca giallona, opalescente, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori erbacei e di frutta tropicale, leggero vegetale. In bocca è ben equilibrata, fruttata, con finale amaro medio. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-bassa. Manca forse un po' di vellutato al palato, però è ben fatta.
