330ml bottle from Hop Shop Aberdeen online. Orangey amber gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of apple, funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, caramel hint, funky, leather with drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

330mL bottle, pours a clear bright golden orange with a large white head that dissipates rapidly. Aroma is loaded with barnyard funk, musty dry apple skins, and champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is wonderfully funky, with loads of barnyard funk, champagne-like effervescence, leather, tannins, and nearly bone dry apple skins. Funky, champagne-like, with assertive carbonation. Excellent by the books funky French cider.

Bottle pour at Capitol Cider, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of barnyard funk, bone dry apple skins, and some champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is along the same lines, with barnyard funk, lots of bone dry apple skins, and champagne-like effervescence. Complex and very nicely constructed. Excellent.
